The Ritz Lounge, formerly known as the Republic Lounge, offers an unhurried daytime venue featuring breakfast, set lunch, seasonal afternoon tea and dinner.

New Year’s Eve Dinner
Ring in the New Year with an exquisite 4-course dinner at Republic, crafted to celebrate the final night of the year in true style and sophistication.
Savour a curated selection of canapés and appetisers, followed by indulgent mains such as Prime Beef Wellington, Nandu Masala, or Artichoke Kofta. End the evening on a sweet note with a decadent dessert and a toast to new beginnings with a glass of Champagne Baron de Rothschild.
