For the teetotalers, the refreshing Draco's Remedy is a wonderful zero proof option. It combines beetroot, apple, honey-lychee, tonic, and topped with a lychee "eyeball".

Republic presents a quintessentially British-inspired, modern five-tier afternoon tea experience.
Work your way up the elegant tea stand from the savoury to the sweets, featuring scones served with jam and clotted cream, dainty finger sandwiches, pastries, cookies and chocolate pralines.
Reminiscent of having friends over for tea in a residential parlour, afternoon tea at Republic Lounge is a cosy social affair.
