Cocktail Making Masterclass
Discover the various methods used in cocktail making - such as sous-vide infusion, fat-washing or the clarified milk punch process. Unleash your bartending flair and create your own cocktail concoction as well. You get to enjoy your self-made tipples after and also take home an exclusive Republic gift.

Rice Wines from Dassai
Saturday, 27 April 2024, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
A renowned rice wine producer originating from the Yamaguchi Prefecture in Japan, Dassai is celebrated for its commitment to quality and innovation. Founded in 1948, they have upheld traditional sake-making techniques while incorporating modern advancements in brewing technology and achieved Gold in the 2023 Annual Japan Sake Awards. Highlights include tasting flights of the velvety Dassai 23 and 23 Elegantly Tipsy expertly paired with sushi and mini strawberry yuzu tartlets.
SGD 88 for a flight of 5 rice wines, pre-payment is required.

Afternoon Tea
Work your way up the elegant tea stand from the savoury to the sweets, featuring scones served with jam and clotted cream, dainty finger sandwiches, pastries, cookies and chocolate pralines.
Reminiscent of having friends over for tea in a residential parlour, afternoon tea at Republic Lounge is a cosy social affair.
