Enjoy sweet treats like Strawberry Vanilla Verrine, Strawberry Cheesecake, Vanilla Pound Cake with a Strawberry Sphere, and a Strawberry Yuzu Tart complemented by savoury bites such as Dungeness Crab Butter Brioche with Ikura and Lemon, Foie Gras Terrine Milk Toast with Truffle Strawberry Jam and a refreshing Strawberry Basil Sorbet with Vanilla Gelee and Rhubarb Compote.

A Toast to Prosperity
Sip and savour the festivities with special cocktails inspired by the spirit of the Lunar New Year, including The Prosperity, Red Lantern or Fortune Fizz for a refreshing mocktail.
Complete the celebration with the Prosperity Kueh Pie Tee Lo Hei featuring smoked salmon, caviar, cucumber, radish, pomelo, candied pecans, and honey lime dressing to toss to the occasion. Elevate the experience with a set, which includes a choice of drink.

Valentine's Day Dinner
Celebrate the season of love with a three-course dinner set menu featuring delights such as the Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop topped with Caviar; and a Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Parmesan Truffle Crust. A themed dessert sharing platter for two completes the meal.
End the evening with a romantic toast; a White Peach Bellini for her and a Chocolate Negroni for him, lovingly created by Head Bartender Kelvin Saquilayan.
