In this exciting series, Republic is sharing the spirit with bars in properties of The Ritz-Carlton all around Asia. Savour signature cocktails together with an exclusive collaborative cocktail that will further tell stories of the destination in the 1960s.

In our latest instalment of the ongoing bar series with Ritz-Carlton properties around Asia, we welcome Director of Bars Gautier Blanchard and Bartender Eresta from EAU Bar, located in the stunningly scenic The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands.
Savour refreshing cocktails created with Maldivian flair, such as the Coco Loco and Island Mule, alongside island-inspired classics such as the Paperonata and Kurumba Fashioned. There will also be a special collaboration drink, the Island Tai.
